We are currently offering a new opportunity for GL Specialist- Leasing position at the Bruker Global Business Services Center located in the very heart of Warsaw, Poland. Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting activities for leasing processes across multiple global entities
  • Maintain data related to new, existing, and modified lease contracts
  • Review lease contract details to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collect and validate input data from local teams regarding lease agreements
  • Maintain and update data within the lease accounting system (Lease Accelerator)
  • Oversee leasing processes and provide support when needed
  • Manage monthly and quarterly outputs from the lease accounting tool, including preparation and distribution of journal entries
  • Prepare ad hoc reports to support financial analysis, accounting reviews, and business requirements
  • Monitor lease-related GL accounts and perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Participate in regular business and service review calls
  • Support process transitions and drive standardization initiatives
  • Assist with internal and external audit activities
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data management
  • Perform other duties as required. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year recent work experience in lease accounting or similar analytical/ accounting data management role
  • Bachelor Degree (BSc) in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong knowledge of lease accounting principles (knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage)
  • Solid work experience with SAP/ S4 HANNA ERP and/or lease accounting systems (e.g., Lease Accelerator)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to assess priorities, risks, and urgency
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to escalate issues when appropriate
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
  • Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
