We are seeking a Legal Entity Controller (m/f/d) to join our dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to a smooth month-end close of the Bruker AXS legal entities in collaboration with the shared service team.
  • Acts as preparer for various SOX controls, e.g. Fixed Assets and Payroll.
  • Coordinates and executes local fixed asset processes (annual count, impairment etc.)
  • Acts as Finance Business Partner for selected business stakeholders in the supported entities.
  • Coordinates the Onventis purchasing and approval process for indirect spend.
  • Actively drives continuous process optimization and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance. An additional Controlling degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years relevant professional experience in Finance.
  • Solid understanding of GL processes. Production Controlling knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of SAP and EXCEL. BI tool skills are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of US GAAP. Local GAAP qualifications (HGB) are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and good German skills (=team language and language of the business stakeholders).
  • Intercultural competence to facilitate collaboration in a multinational organizational set-up (D/US/PL/India)
