Bruker India Scientific Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Process Associate to be based in Bengaluru, India.

As a Quote to Order Sales Process Associate, you hold a critical role in managing the entire process from Request for quote(RFQ) handling to order fulfillment. You must utilize SAP to create precise quotes swiftly and respond promptly to sales reps' requests for revisions during negotiations. The successful candidate should possess good SAP knowledge and uphold a high standard of quality to comply with policies, regulations, and guidelines. Through effective teamwork and streamlined processes, we aim to provide exceptional experiences to our customers and achieve high levels of satisfaction.

To summarize, as a Quote to Order Sales Process Associate, you are responsible for quote creation, order processing, and margin calculation. Your product knowledge and technical expertise play a crucial role in providing efficient and accurate quotes to meet our customers' needs.

This position entails the creation of quotations and the validation of equipment configurations for exceptionally sophisticated scientific products. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. background in X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF)

• Process sales quotes in the SAP system.
• Perform order/quote checks in SAP, CRM system salesforce.com(SFDC), and other tools to ensure compliance with policies and business standards.
• Collaborate and align with relevant stakeholders including sales representatives, finance, Technical Sales Support (TSS), and product management.
• Calculate margins and provide support in pre-sales activities when required.
• Serve as a backup for sales and service support in the respective country.
• You must be ready to work in rotational shifts for five days (two shifts - (6.00 am - 2.30 pm) or (2.00 pm - 10.30 pm))
• Perform other duties as assigned

• B.Sc./M Sc./Ph D. (Physics, Material Science and Technology, Metallurgical Science)
• Any Fresh Grads or having relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in sales operations-related roles.
• Experience with international business is beneficial.
• Attention to quality and detail.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on following processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience operating SAP and CRM systems (SFDC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
