Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years (4-6) of experience in operational HR covering the full employee lifecycle
Solid experience in HR administration (hire to retire)
Strong knowledge of labor law, social security law, and payroll tax regulations
Proven experience in payroll processing and cooperation with external partners (e.g. tax advisors, auditors, social security institutions)
Experience with time management / time tracking systems and payroll-relevant data
Strong experience in preparing HR reports and data analyses
Knowledge of SOX controls, compliance requirements, and process documentation is a plus
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
Experience in HR process optimization and participation in HR projects
