The Commercial Excellence – Business Analyst plays a key role in strengthening BMID’s analytical and commercial capabilities. The role focuses on delivering actionable business analytics, supporting pricing processes across the division, and providing operational and strategic support for our CRM (salesforce.com). This includes creating meaningful dashboards and reports, partnering with Commercial, Product Management, and Finance on pricing topics, and ensuring high‑quality first‑level CRM support for global users.
In addition, the role contributes to translating commercial requirements into CRM and system developments, supports cross‑functional improvements, and helps ensure that commercial processes and related tools are aligned with divisional needs.
The role will be part of the Commercial Excellence Team.
