Responsibilities

As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will independently handle standard credit evaluations, assist in resolving moderately complex cases, and contribute to process improvements. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential.

  • Perform AR Credit and Collection for India
  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and proactively follow up on collections
  • Handle Banker Guarantees for APAC
  • Perform Customer Master Data management for APAC
  • Manage IREC cash application
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and ensure alignment on credit decisions
  • Maintain accurate, current documentation and suggest improvements to processes
  • Communicate proactively regarding timelines and priorities
  • Perform withholding tax and EMD
  • Actively participate in process improvement projects
  • Perform other duties as required. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting. Additional certifications (ed. ACCA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years recent work experience in credit analysis with overall work experience of 5+ years
  • Strong working knowledge of financial statements and credit risk metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer communication and presentation skills, including advanced MS Office, fluent oral and written English language proficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete position training and compliance requirements.
