Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager capable of building and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving the achievement of sales targets and maximising customer satisfaction. He/She will demonstrate leadership in collaboration with the Country Manager to penetrate the Japanese market with our services and products through highly technical discussions, leveraging cross-collaboration within a competitive domestic manufacturing landscape. He/She will maintain and expand key accounts, maximise retantions, and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction by deeply understanding client challenges and proposing tailored solutions.

 

Your responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Achieving sales targets (quotas)
  • Providing help for acquiring new customers in collaboration with marcom team and inside sales team. (lead generation, event organizing, campaigns)
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing customers (deepening sales)
  • Listening to customer needs and presenting solutions (proposals)
  • Quotation, contract negotiation and closing
  • Recording activities in the CRM system and creating accruate order forrecasts.
  • Achieve order intake through teamwork in collaboration with customer support and the applications team.

Qualifications

To be successful for this position, you should possess:

  • At least ten years' successful experience in sales roles for XRD and XRF analytical equipment. 
  • At least five years' experience working in a sales role for a global corporation.
