Bruker is currently seeking a G&A Operations - Controlling Analyst (m/f/d) to contribute to the support of our General and Administrative (G&A) operations. The primary focus of this role will be to provide operational support for the financial management of Bruker’s G&A portfolio. The candidate will play a pivotal role in executing operational processes and supporting the implementation of robust financial controls, technology solutions, and process optimizations within the G&A domain. These processes will include purchase order creation, allocation standards and training, supporting the master data maintenance for SAP profit centers, BPC hierarchies, xSuite vendor prioritization, internal order creation, and project accounting where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of robust financial processes for G&A controlling to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Support the creation of purchase orders for any low PO compliant G&A functions
  • Driving more automation of G&A AP through improved master data and three-way matching
  • Maintain xFlow approval matrices for G&A Finance vendors and priority vendor lists
  • Assist in the implementation of G&A AP technologies with review, testing, training support, and documentation.
  • Provide support to the G&A Operations – Controlling Manager to drive continuous improvement projects related to G&A operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Help with training end-users and key stakeholders on new processes and technologies within G&A operations.
  • Provide master data support for the creation and maintenance of G&A profit centers, BPC hierarchies, and the creation of internal orders for project tracking or accounting
  • Perform other duties as required. 

Qualifications

To be successful in the role we need you to:

  • Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master Degree in business or finance is a plus.
  • 1–3 years work experience in G&A operations, financial controls, or accounts payable management in a global work environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and controlling.
  • Strong understanding of implementing technology solutions in a G&A context.
  • English fluency (oral and written) with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated effective organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results.
  • Independent and mature approach to operations control.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to provide insightful and credible analysis to support decision-making.
  • High-energy self-starter with a proven track record of successful accomplishments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex global environment and build positive business relationships with all parties.
  • Operates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, personal integrity, and professionalism.
