Bruker BioSpin, as part of the Bruker Group, is a high-tech international company and the world-leading manufacturer of comprehensive solutions in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) and Preclinical Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

 

We are looking for a Head of Program Management BPA BBIO Group (m/f/d) at our location in Ettlingen.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee Bruker BPA programs and projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals and organizational strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating IT, Applications, and business stakeholders to drive program execution and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and risk management strategies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on program outcomes.
  • Monitor and report program performance, including KPIs, progress against milestones, budget adherence, and ROI.
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives using Bruker BPA tools to improve efficiency, data integrity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely escalation of key decisions.
  • Support change management and training efforts to ensure successful adoption of BPA solutions and standardized processes.
  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes to identify lessons learned, promote best practices, and enhance future program execution.

Qualifications

To be successful in that position, you will need:

  • Master/Diploma in physics, chemistry, engineering or similar field
  • Proven program/project management experience (5 - 10+ years) leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, preferably in industrial QC applications.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation platforms, including implementation, optimization, and workflow management.
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. C1 Level) and German (min. B2 level)
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to manage KPIs, track performance, and drive data-driven process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including stakeholder management, team coordination, and executive reporting.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and tools, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
