As one of the world’s leading analytical instrumentation companies, Bruker Corporation is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst of FP&A (m/f/d).

This role within Corporate FP&A working directly with the FP&A Director in our Warsaw office, will support the execution of our forecasting and reporting processes. This requires coordination with our global regional teams and introducing improvements to management reporting at the corporate level.

Responsibilities

Performance Insights & KPI Development

  • Support the development of standardized KPIs and performance dashboards using BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights to drive business performance and strategic alignment.

 

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Assist in facilitating management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate quarterly division-level reporting to support Corporate Financial Reviews with Business Unit finance teams.
  • Review and validate management reports prior to publication to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and strategic goal-setting process, including the creation of presentation templates and financial models.

 

Data Integrity & Analysis

  • Perform routine data validation checks throughout budget, forecast, and close processes.
  • Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure high standards of data integrity across all reporting and planning activities.

 

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with global regional finance teams and business units to support financial reporting execution.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses of various business aspects to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

 

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement enhancements to corporate-level management reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A tools, templates, and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or controlling; experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Experience with SAP and SAP BPC or experience working with dash boarding technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI is a plus.
  • Business fluency in English (min C1 Level), any additional language is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of reporting systems, financial modeling, and data management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and managing multiple priorities without compromising quality or timeliness.
