Responsibilities

  • Responsible for China assigned products sales quota.
  • Define go to market strategy together with country manager and hub director, and align with global channel partner management.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts, lost order reports, sales KPI’s and competitive data. Ability to take corrective actions to get business back on track when there are gaps-to-plan.
  • Provide leadership and support to the distributor teams, coach and mentor to help improve skills. Conduct regular customer visits with distributors and providing feedback to help improve performance.
  • Keeps the distributors motivation high by proper support and coaching. Develop the distribution network and ensures that the different distributors have clear and nonoverlapping roles
  • Improve sales volume and market share by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Responsible for customer relation management including key accounts located in the territory.
  • Interface with end users and distributor(s) to constantly feedback VOCs, industry news, and new opportunities (applications) to the product management team.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the distribution channel, termination of underperforming distributors, selection of new partners and addition of distribution channels, where appropriate.
  • Provide and/or coordinate technical sales training on new and existing products to distributors.
  • Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars to promote the responsible products.
  • Working with business development and inside sales to plan the promotion campaign and develop business for new market and/or products.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above
5+ years of proven growth experience of technical sales
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with the scientific and industry community
Experience planning strategy, go-to-market planning, and direct and indirect channel management
