Responsibilities

You will lead workstreams to evolve Bruker’s HR systems—primarily SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS—across a global footprint. The role blends product ownership, configuration, reporting/analytics, and end-to-end project delivery (scope, plan, risks, change, and adoption), with a special emphasis on implementing and governing Employee Central Position Management.

Core SuccessFactors & HRIS

  • Provide senior functional support across EC, LMS, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting integrations; act as Tier-2/3 escalation.
  • Configure and maintain foundation objects, workflows, picklists, RBP; design business rules/validations to protect data quality at source.
  • Prepare and execute data imports/migrations and lead UAT cycles; define regression packs for bi-annual releases.
  • Ensure high-quality EC data across the employment lifecycle; implement data quality KPIs and remediation playbooks.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor integrations (HR/Payroll/Finance); manage iCIMS touchpoints and contribute to interface design reviews.
  • Maintain secure access in line with GDPR and internal data privacy standards; perform periodic access/audit
  • Deliver global training, job aids, release notes; champion adoption and continuous improvement.

Project delivery & governance (Senior level)

  • Own workstream delivery: plan, track, and report scope, timeline, resources, budget assumptions, and risks; maintain RAID and status dashboards.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specs; manage backlog and prioritization with Product Owner/HR leadership.
  • Orchestrate cutover, hypercare, and stabilization across regions/time zones; define success KPIs and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead vendor management (SOWs, estimates, QA of deliverables) and coordinate with IT on CPI/Integration Center/OData items.
  • Drive change management (stakeholder mapping, comms, training plans) to ensure measurable adoption and value realization.
  • Use Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet or similar for delivery transparency and auditability.

Implementation experience — Position Management (emphasis)

  • Lead or co-lead EC Position Management design/rollout as the single source of truth for positions and headcount.
  • Configure position types, attribute inheritance (job/org/location), incumbency rules, matrix relationships, and create/change/close workflows.
  • Establish position-controlled hiring and the Position → Requisition flow; align with Recruiting/iCIMS and Finance on approved vs. filled/open headcount.
  • Drive data migration (IDs, status, FTE, org mapping); implement reconciliation to eliminate orphan/duplicate

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8 years in SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and at least one of LMS, Onboarding, or Performance & Goals.
  • Proven end-to-end project delivery experience (workstream lead or equivalent): planning, RAID, UAT, cutover, hypercare, stakeholder comms.
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, workflows, and process design; hands-on configuration and data import/migration
  • Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots), PowerPoint; collaboration in MS Teams and delivery tools (Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-ready updates; ability to lead across global time zones.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy best practices.

Preferred / Strong plus

  • Hands-on implementation or enhancement of EC Position Management (design, migration, governance, KPIs).
  • Proven delivery of Report Stories with security-aligned distribution and scheduled bursting;
  • Exposure to SAP CPI/Integration Center, OData APIs, payroll interfaces, and iCIMS
  • Certification(s): SAP SF EC Associate, Scrum Master, PMP/PRINCE2 (or equivalent delivery credentials).
