We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our engineering team at Chemspeed Technologies, supporting our customers through installations, maintenance, technical training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, preventive maintenance visits, corrective visits at customer site.
  • Perform trainings internally and externally to customers, distributors.
  • Contact person for our customers, service calls, installations, maintenance and repairs of our high-tech automation systems.
  • Providing technical advice to external and internal customers to ensure maximum operability and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Close co-operation with our development department, our automation chemists and sales managers to provide the customer with optimum technical support.
  • You recognize and actively communicate the needs and requirements of our customers to the research and development department.
  • You support production and organize final tests of devices.
  • Train customers, distributors and new or third-party service technicians; assist in the creation and conclusion of service contracts.
  • Sale of consumables and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Experience in electronics, mechatronics
  • Experience with automated solutions is a plus
  • Experience in work in lab environment is a plus
  • Language skills: English is a must, German is highly recommended, any further language is a plus
