The function of this candidates of Data Maintenance and Cleansing Specialist (Junior Position) (m/f/d) is to support the Business & information System department for projects such as mass changes of data, cleansing of incorrect data identified by the data quality processes.

 

This is a temporary position, expected to run from July through December 2025. 

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively as part of a team, focusing on cleansing data between 2 systems (Salesforce.com and SAP), with aim of assuring data quality within the ERP systems and integrated systems sharing master data.
  • Manage & execute data analysis and cleansing activities for Customer master data programs and initiatives for a large amount of data
  • Monitor the data quality in our systems to ensure that business decisions can be made with confidence and that the quality of data meets our requirement.
  • Review all master data requests to ensure complete & accurate information
  • Be responsible for troubleshooting data issues and determining causes/solutions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in statistics, information systems or related field  1 years of in-depth master data management experience
  • Previous data cleansing or data entry role would be ideal along with a good understanding of data management within a business context.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment with multiple stakeholders from multiple functions.
  • Kowledge of SAP is beneficial. 
  • Language: English and one additional language (German, Italian, French, Russian, Portuguese, or Spanish).
