We are looking for a knowledgeable and analytical Key Account & Sales Specialist (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and manage strong partnerships with our Nordic Key Account through full-spectrum account management and strategic support
  • Sales responsibility for Key Accounts on all BOPT product lines
  • Ensure Operational Excellence and collaboration with Key Accounts
  • Working closely with the Global Key Account Manager for large customers located within the Nordic region and act as local key account sales
  • Sales responsibility for the NIR + Process Raman product lines of the Bruker Optics division
  • Evaluation and development of potential clients in Nordic sales territory, seeking for growth potential
  • Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation (including through our Distribution network) to evaluating client needs, configuring optimal solutions, preparing tailored quotations, and securing purchase orders in line with Bruker’s best practices
  • Support of demo during sales process, reporting the executed feasibility studies
  • Customer trainings/coordination of trainings at installation or on demand
  • Coordinating shortest possible installation times after delivery together with the other parties involved

(client and service team)

  • NOB coordination from PO received to scheduling system installation to secure fastest revenue recognition
  • Seeking new market opportunities and new applications
  • Supporting customer events like exhibitions, seminars, workshops etc.
  • The employee will directly report to the Team Leader UK/Nordic

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experiences in sales, technical support and account management
  • Experience and/or education in vibrational spectroscopy such as FTIR, FT-NIR, Raman and other scientific lab equipment preferred
  • Ability to work in an analytical environment: being focused, ability to structure complex request scenarios
  • Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the monthly working time)
  • Capability of good people skills to easily connect with people from different markets (QC and academics)
  • Competence to efficiently and professionally guide clients through the sales process
  • Preferably 4-5 years of sales experience in the analytical environment
  • Education: bachelor, master in chemistry, chemical engineering, bio-chemistry, agriculture and life science related.
  • Communication with the HQ in English that requires good written and oral English language skills
  • A valid driving license is mandatory
