Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology (BNSM) solutions include atomic force microscopy instrumentation (AFM) and non-contact nanometer resolution solution topography through white light interferometry and stylus profilometry. In addition, the division manufacturers and markets automated X-ray metrology, automated AFM defect-detection and photomask repair and cleaning equipment for semiconductor process control.

As a Senior Service Administrator, the main responsibility is to support BNSM Service organization on all service administrative works in Taiwan. This include, but not limited to:

• Support Product: AAFM, RMR, X-RAY, WLIs, AFMi
• Interact with different BU with Santa Barbara Office, Bruker X-RAY team, WLI team and Tech Support
• Quotation and /or PO tracking for service events, parts and labor
• Logistics support and management:
  • International and domestic parts shipping arrangement:
  • bridge between wrehouse, BSEMI Taiwan Service and Customers.
• Tracking AR for service contract and parts sales
• Develop skill to become SAP D/B and process complicance team leader
• Summarize FSR for service contract tools
• Handle local purchases for BNSM Service team

The successful applicant should possess:

Knowledge: 

• Experience in MS office is a must, advanced knowledge of MS office is a plus.
• Experience in SAP ERP

Skill:

• Fluent communication in spoken and written English and local language with customers, management and peers.

Ability:

• Multi-tasker and team player
• Excellent relationship management to internal and external customers.
• High integrity

Educational & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with preference to Business Administration.

• Minimum 4 - 6 years experience with high tech instrumentations and logistics management. 

• Business awareness of global capital equipment/instrumentation service support with ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

• Must work well with others in a fast paced environment.
