For Andalusian region in Spain, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Maintaining and generating new sales opportunities
  • Expanding relationships with existing clients by consistently offering solutions that meet their needs
  • Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients to strengthen loyalty in the face of increasing competition
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of clients’ core needs and requirements in terms of workflows and value propositions
  • Ensuring that the correct products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner
  • Acting as a liaison between key clients and internal teams
  • Addressing client issues and managing critical situations to maintain trust
  • Playing a key role in generating new sales with the goal of building long-term relationships
  • Preparing regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using KPIs

Qualifications

  • Degree in scientific disciplines or equivalent background
  • Experience in molecular biology laboratory settings
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong public speaking abilities, decisiveness, and a hands-on approach
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
  • Strategic business mindset, market analysis capabilities, and product marketing expertise
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish languages
