Bruker Life Science Mass Spectrometry Division in China is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our mass spectrometry product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for MALDI-TOF product line. Achieve sales target of MALDI-TOF product line.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, like technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to highlight customer value proposition of Bruker’s MALDI-TOF solutions, and support customer satisfaction.
  • Expand customer coverage and business funnel through proactive customer visiting.
  • Support Bruker marketing activities in the MALDI-TOF area.
  • Maintain customer relationship special working with KOL to continue drive Bruker MALDI-TOF solution and application to keep leading in China market.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account records, and activity reports in SFDC.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support, applications specialists, marketing, and product management teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of successful equipment sales experience, preferably in mass spectrometry or life sciences instrumentation.
  • Strong knowledge of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry technology and applications.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
