This position reports to the Senior Manager Global HRIT within the Corporate Human Resources organization. It effectively supports; the SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Bonus, Performance Management and Succession Planning), iCIMS talent acquisition platform, processes, integrity of employee data, and appropriate access to human capital information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to learn and expand their professional career in HR information systems. Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support and solve issues across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, LMS, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting integrations.
  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors system elements such as foundation objects, workflows, picklists, and security settings.
  • Prepare and execute data imports for mass updates or legacy migrations using import templates and business rules.
  • Ensure high-quality data maintenance in Employee Central, including managing employment life cycle updates (hires, transfers, terminations).
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors to support HR decision-making and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support integration touchpoints with iCIMS or other recruitment platforms.
  • Test and validate system enhancements, configuration changes, and new releases in test environments, working closely with global teams and end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor system integrations between SuccessFactors and local HR or Payroll systems, ensuring accurate and secure data transmission.
  • Maintain secure access and role-based permissions in compliance with GDPR and internal data privacy standards.
  • Provide user support and training for HR systems users globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent work experience.

  • 2–5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and at least one of the following: LMS, Onboarding, or Performance & Goals.

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., iCIMS) and their integration with HR systems.

  • Strong understanding of HR data structure, workflows, and business processes.

  • Good knowledge of GDPR and best practices in HR data privacy.

  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like MS Teams.

  • Experience in data analysis and process improvement within HRIS environments.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and in a remote or hybrid team.

  • English fluency required; German language skills are a plus.
