This position reports to the Senior Manager Global HRIT within the Corporate Human Resources organization. It effectively supports; the SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Bonus, Performance Management and Succession Planning), iCIMS talent acquisition platform, processes, integrity of employee data, and appropriate access to human capital information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to learn and expand their professional career in HR information systems. To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
2–5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and at least one of the following: LMS, Onboarding, or Performance & Goals.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., iCIMS) and their integration with HR systems.
Strong understanding of HR data structure, workflows, and business processes.
Good knowledge of GDPR and best practices in HR data privacy.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like MS Teams.
Experience in data analysis and process improvement within HRIS environments.
Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and in a remote or hybrid team.
English fluency required; German language skills are a plus.
