Responsibilities

As an Application Engineer, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Measurement and data analysis using our Raman microscopes and preparation of reports for customers.
  • Demonstrations in our showrooms and at seminars to show the attractiveness of our products to customers who are considering the introduction of our equipment.
  • Discovering new applications for Raman
  • Creating a new application note
  • Compilation of measured data into application notes as examples of equipment use.
  • Providing guidance to distributors' engineers.

Qualifications

To be successful for this position, you should possess:

  • Experience in the use of analytical instruments.
  • Experience in the use of RAMAN/IR instruments is preferred.
  • Chemical, biochemical and pharmaceutical knowledge, or experience as a raman in the semiconductor or battery fields is preferred.
