Overview

sales admin to support sales routines, workflow from sales leads to contract closed. i.e. funnel management working wiht sales manager, tender followed up, contract documents preperation and closed with internal and external processes, etc. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Tender related:

  • Bidding website registration
  • Acquisition of bidding documents
  • CA application for electronic tender
  • Qualification documents collection
  • Payment and invoice collection for bid document fee and bid service fee
  • Payment request and refund for bid bond
  • Bidding documents/authorization documents stamping, packing, mailing etc.

Report related:

  • Forecast call
  • SFDC consolidation
  • Sales quota completion status update
  • Tender status update

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:                   

Marcom related:

  • Sponsorship
  • Promotion materials
  • Share drive management

Qualifications

Qualification:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to speak with clarity and interface effectively with customer management and peers, both Chinese and English language.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. Experience with MS Office Suite (specifically Power Point, MS Word, and Outlook) are a must.
  • Proficiency with excel pivot tables and macros with Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Expert Certification highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask & team player.
  • Ability to develop excellent internal and external customer relationships.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related Customer Support field required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for direct customer contact.
  • 2-4 years previous experience in sales/customer support in a high technology equipment or instrument company highly desirable. Oversea study/working experience is highly preferred.
