Bruker AXS designs, manufactures, and distributes advanced X-ray instruments, including a product portfolio based on X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray micro computed tomography (μCT), as well as spark optical emission spectroscopy systems (S-OES).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assembling and testing electromechanical modules and systems according to work order

• Self quality inspection

• Self-starter to perform assigned work according to the production schedule, to contribute to team goals and expectations

• Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematic and test instructions.
• Work independently, team player, detail oriented, organized, and hands-on.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Relevant experience with precision assembly of electrical and/or electromechanical modules or systems preferred
• Ability to work with engineers, members of management and other employees professionally

 EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Diploma in Engineering, Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic/Mechanical is preferred
