Responsibilities

Summary of Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for overall sales administration functions for:

  • Entire Spare Part Order Process Management (OTC)
  • Process and coordinate RMA requests
  • Service Support and Logistics as Back Office Function


Essential Functions:

  • Order Management
  • Overall order process management (SAP & SFDC)
  • Support on Booking and Revenue Reporting
  • Align with Finance and Selling Entity
  • Support RMA requests and coordinate refurbishment orders
  • Logistics
    • Prepare shipping documents
    • Coordinate global shipments

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in sales operations related jobs
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Experience of operating SAP and CRM (SFDC and BESS)
  • Fluency in English; reading/writing and oral communication

 

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
