We are looking for a Market Response Representative (MRR) to join Bruker AXS Inside Sales team. As a Market Response Rep, you will play a crucial role in the inbound sales, focusing on engaging with prospects who have already shown interest in the company’s products or services. You will qualify the incoming leads that reach the company thought our website or other marketing activities and route the high-quality qualified leads to the appropriate quota-carrying salesperson.

Responsibilities

As a Market Response Representative, your duties include but ot limited to:

  • Engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): Respond to leads generated through marketing efforts, such as website inquiries, content downloads, and event registrations.
  • Connect with the Leads: Reach out to customers through various channels like cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for the company’s offerings.
  • Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Work closely with both teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Provide Information: Share detailed information about the company’s products or services to educate and engage potential customers.
  • Schedule Meetings: Set up appointments or demos for qualified leads with the sales team
  • Use CRM and other Inside Sales related software: Track and manage all interactions with leads using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Qualifications

To be successful for this position, you will possess:

  • Diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree. Education in Chemistry, Physics or another related field, is valued but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft 365 tools. Experience with other Inside Sales related tools is valued.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Reasonable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales or other related fields
  • Language skills: English, Korean and Japanese languages are mandatory. Mandarin language is valued as complementary.
  • Available for Hybrid or fully remote workplace.
  • Available for at least 10% travel globally
