We are looking for our site in Nehren as of now for a Technical Assistant (m/f/d). 

Responsibilities

  • Development, production, quality control and validation of molecular genetic test systems according to ISO 9001/13485
  • Practical Performance of different molecular genetic techniques e.g.: DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qRealtime PCR, NGS etc.
  • Operation of a wide variety of molecular biological instruments
  • Microbiological Work in the L2/L3** laboratory: cultivation, strain collection, etc.
  • Documentation of the work according to our quality management system
  • Maintaining databases
  • Carrying out internal and external training courses

Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge of modern molecular biological techniques: real-time PCR, melting curve analysis and various DNA/RNA extraction methods
  • Practical knowledge of microbiological techniques
  • Open to new things & Accurate and efficient working style
  • Quick grasp & Flexibility
  • Ability to work in a team and high motivation
  • Ability to deal with conflict
  • Knowledge of English
