Overview

The Quoting Administrator/Agent is responsible for creating all required customer quotations in SAP accurately and timely ensuring service level agreements are adhered to for all our internal BBIO partners

 

  • Generation of quotations for all BBIO product lines
  • Support Sales and Service teams with quote preparation
  • Working closely with the Variant Configurator team to ensure feasibility of quote is granted
  • Working closely with the Front Office team to ensure correct terms & conditions are applied
  • Updating Salesforce opportunity with required quotation details

Responsibilities

  • Generate maintenance service agreement renewal quotations
  • Generate new maintenance service agreement quotations
  • Generate maintenance quotation for compressors and nitrogen recondensers and other local supplies
  • Generate spare parts/consumables quotations
  • Generate service quotations for relocations/repairs/service visits
  • Generate quotations for training/application visits
  • Support Sales and Service teams in service quotes administration
  • Submit approved quotes to customers and provide feedback to Service Teams in case of questions or requests for changes/discount. Modify quotes as requested by the Service Teams.
  • Update SFDC tool with quotation number
  • Work closley with Front office and Order Processing Team
  • Every other tasks to improve effectiveness apply
  • Back up support for same functions noted within the job description for other countries and regions
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Bruker products
  • Other duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent required
  • Work experience in the the high technology life science fields would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in quoting or order processing using SAP.
  • Experience in service administration is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and oral) skills in local language and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Hands on experience with SAP, CRM software SalesForce.com
  • Detail orientated with excellent organizational skills
  • Creative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieve
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Self-discipline and the ability to decide priorities in a rapidly changing commercial environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
  • An outgoing and likeable personality with a high degree of personal integrity
  • A flexible attitude to working hours which are sometimes influenced by factors such as the need to complete the job

  • A very high standard of personal presentation.
