Bruker Thailand is seeking for a Senior Quality Engineer (LASER Production) to be based in Bangkok, Thailand. 

• Ensure stable and flawless production of Bruker lasers at supplier’s site
• Close monitoring of production processes (production capabilities), orders and quality in close contact with supplier
• Provide technical support to supplier, maintaining regular communication and reporting to German headquarter
• Controlling and monitoring the implementation of technical changes, knowledge transfer and training
• Reviewing and improving of work instructions
• Provide training to production employees (knowledge transfer)
• Conduct regular checking of the production and measuring equipment, initiation of corrective measures
• Processing of quality deviations and checking the effectiveness of corrective actions
• Coordination of return & repairs
• Conduct audit on sub-suppliers for quality of machined parts

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quality Management or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Laser and optics technology
• Reliable, fast and independent
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Experience in Programming (LabView) is a plus
• Fluent in English and Thailand language (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in German language is a plus
• Willingness to be based at supplier’s site at least once a week (Chonburri)
• Willingness to travel to Germany once/twice a year based on business needs
