Responsibilities

As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

 

Summary of Responsibilites:

  • Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
  • Provides software/hardware development and consultation which the factory could not support.
  • Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide service expertise and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Conducts equipment troubleshooting, analysis and debugging in support of installation or operating activities.
  • Complete and submit field service reports.
  • Team up with colleaguees and pass on important information.
  • Provide system maintenance or application training to customers.
  • Cooperate with sales & application team and share information across the organization.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers via well-planned activities, reports, meetings and positive interactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Promote maintenace contracts, spare parts & upgrades.

Qualifications

To be successful for this position, you shall possess:

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Mininum 8 years experience as Field Service Engineer.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible shits and to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Strong hands-on skills required.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Educational:

  • Degree or Masters in Engineering
