We are currently offering a 1-year opportunity as an Order Coordinator (m/f/d) for our location in Milan, Italy.

Support for the SAP Hana transition team.

• Check the status of orders to decide whether or not to keep them in the SAP system.
• Support for key users in the transition to SAP HANA.

Convert SAP quotations into sales orders.

• Create SAP customer invoices.
• Check closely that all the required documents are in place for each order.
• Update the SFDC tool with the SAP order number and information on the documents required.
• Working closely with the Front Office and the team of quotation specialists.
• All other tasks aimed at improving efficiency apply to.
• Support for the same functions as those mentioned in the job description for other regions.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of Bruker products.

Other tasks can be defined which are broadly in line with the above tasks and objectives.

• Bachelor or significant experience in order processing with SAP, SFDC.
• Italian language (native) and English (min. B2 Level)
• Any additional European language appreciated.
