In this role, you will be:

• Responsible for field on-site support
• Responsible for enquries from Service Desk
• Responsible for improvement of customer satisfaction
• Responsible for Achievement of SLS revenue BP

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

• Bachelor degree or Masters in Chemistry or Physics or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• 3  - 5 experience of maintenance on analytical instruments
• Prior experience and knowledge in NMR advantageous
• English ability to read the manual
