This role is fully remote from any location in Germany. However, candidates should be prepared for occasional visits to our office in Ettlingen.

Responsibilities

Drive local Service revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive management and collaboration.

 

  • Manage Service revenue funnel to meet annual goals.
  • Oversee opportunity to cash process and forecasting.
  • Improve transparency and accuracy of revenue forecasts.
  • Integrate aftermarket sales and Service services for better traceability
  • Enhance contract KPIs like attachment and renewal rates.
  • Lead Service campaigns to stimulate market growth.
  • Collaborate with sales to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate Service improvements to customers.
  • Handle customer escalations beyond technical solutions.
  • Use customer feedback to refine Service offerings.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 9-12 years of work experience in service management with service revenue responsibility.
  • Very good English and German knowledge (min. B2)
  • SAP, CRM and Power BI knowledge
  • Excellent conflict management skills in de-escalation and turning conflict into success.
  • Deep understanding of service as a profit center.
  • Proven experience in growth management, preferably within the CEE-ME region.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with the CEE-ME market dynamics and cultural nuances.
