Bruker has a new opportunity for a HR & Recruitment Intern (m/f/d) for the shared HR service center based in Warsaw. This incumbent should possess administration and organization capabilities along with the ability to focus on high quality and delivery, and demonstrate a customer-oriented working attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to EMEA Talent Acquisition & HR Administration Teams working closely with internal/external stakeholders in support of business needs
  • Responsible for partnering during recruitment process, including pre-screening calls, interview scheduling, follow-up communication to candidates and general HR administrative support
  • Responsible for data maintenance in global HR system, Success Factors and iCIMs
  • Investigate inquiries, escalate complex or urgent issues and follow up with peers regarding status of recruitment and administration processes
  • Work on special projects that advance the goals of the HR Service Delivery team
  • Build strong relationships up and down the organization, establishing credibility as a trusted partner
  • Engage with external vendors as needed

Qualifications

  • First experience within HR/customer service/back office or similar area would be a plus
  • Fluency in English is required, and European languages is preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and partner with several stakeholders
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected
