Responsibilities

  • Proactively consult with Sales on marketing concerns for the product line 
  • Act as the central point of contact for the product line from a marketing perspective, working with key market segments such as Pharma, Cleantech and Applied Markets, Clinical, and Academia.  
  • Define and communicate the product’s unique value proposition and key differentiators to the benchtop market.  
  • Develop compelling product messaging and content that effectively communicates the features, benefits, and value of the product to customers, with a focus on webpages, digital marketing, and event content.  
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell the FT-NMR Benchtop. This could include product demos, sales presentations, and competitive battle cards.  
  • Ensure that marketing standards and efficiencies are met for all Marketing Channels, applying Group Marketing Processes.  
  • Regularly report on marketing metrics (CRM) regarding FT-NMR Benchtop Marketing, ensure lead management, and organize sales actions for our business development team. 
  • Coordinate and orchestrate Type 2 FT-NMR Benchtop conferences (i.e., space booking, utilities, and shipping of show materials as needed) 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • English Language Skills (at least C1)
  • Basic: Proficiency in MS Office Suite. 
  • Advanced: Excellent verbal, written, and computer-supported presentation skills. 
  • Expert: High project management skills with proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and manage differing time constraints. Strong experience from working proactively with global Product Management / Market Management and marketing teams.
