Our CellScape instrument performs quantitative multiplex immunofluorescence imaging for the spatial analysis of complex tissues and mapping of cell populations with single-cell resolution.

 

As a Senior C# Developer at Canopy Biosciences, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of the CellScape instrument control and image processing software. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in C# development, a deep understanding of software architecture, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the the development and enhancement of the C# software for the control of the CellScape instrument 
  • Work closely with the domain experts and product management to understand the specific requirements and challenges 
  • Collaborate with image processing specialists to integrate image processing modules into the instrument control and analysis software, and to ensure seamless data flow within the application 
  • Optimize the performance of CellScape instrument software, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the codebase 
  • Perform rigorous testing on software modules to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the application 
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for software design, algorithms, and testing procedures 

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • Expertise in C# programming language and .NET framework 
  • Strong proficiency in applying common software architecture and design patterns 
  • Commitment to clean coding 
  • Good communication skills
