Responsibilities

Customer Service sales position is responsible to manage and improve service sales in Japan.

Following guidance of JP Service Manager, this includes but is not limited to

 

  • Manage market and customer demand to provide service contract and other service sales.
  • Manage internal data base to handle service sales.
  • Analyze status and prospect future status.
  • Lead to negotiate with customer to achieve target.
  • Develop new service sales opportunities for further sales.
  • Cooperate internal sales and dealers.
  • Provide necessary materials to customer.
  • Provide customer support to MID system by periodic maintenance and emergency support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Data analysing experience
  • Negotiate experience in business
  • Marketing knowledge (Not mandatory)
  • Business language skills in spoken and written in English
