The Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology (BNSM) Division, develops, manufactures, and markets analytical instruments for electron microscopes, X-ray systems and components, allowing materials characterization down to the nanoscale.

 

We are looking for an DACH Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin or Home Office.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sales territory strategic and tactical planning and execution
  • Generate new Leads & Opportunities by visiting existing customers & new prospects.
  • Develop close relationships with key account customers, successfully managing collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or PhD in scientific or engineering/technical
  • 2 Years of work experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Positive “can do” attitude, a highly motivated self-starter.
  • Language requirements: German: ideally native speaking, English: business fluent
  • Up to 60% travel (car, train, plane) as required, driving license for car.
  • Relishes working in a performance-driven environment achieving defined goals
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals, but also equally comfortable working independently when required.
  • Ideally knowledge/Solid understanding of Atomic Force Microscopy, surface metrology
  • Competent PC skills, particularly with MS office software
