Responsibilities

New hybrid opportunity available in Warsaw Poland for an enthusiastic professional to join our Global Internal Audit team as a Senior Internal Auditor. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and collaboration skills with the ability to perform internal audit tasks covering core finance processes, support compliance initiatives and special projects, and perform other duties as required. The Senior Internal Auditor takes part in audit projects in Europe, Middle East/Africa, Americas as well as Asia-Pacific. This role is highly visible and will provide a global exposure to the company operations. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity for a superb professional development and career growth.

Qualifications

  • A four year university Bachelor level degree is required. CPA or CIA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years finance or operations work experience in an international business entity with manufacturing and technology footprint.
  • Fluency in English required with additional fluency in German, Mandarin and other languages preferred.
  • Analytical skills with advanced data analysis knowledge and work experience using MS Excel and other tools.
  • Hands-on experience in auditing core finance processes and controls (OTC, PTP, GL).
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise ERP (SAP preferred) modules (reporting, data analysis, and transactional analysis).
  • Ability to shift and deliver priorities with team and company success in mind.
  • Growth minded, ready to accept challenges and learn new skills.
  • Strong, positive communication and presentation skills with proven ability to network.
  • Ability to travel 4-6 times a year domestic and international, usually one week each trip or two weeks in rare circumstances.
  • Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
