Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology Division (BNSM) is looking for a Sales Account Manager to take ownership for sales of our profilers and tribometer product line in Korea. The role also needs to facilitate the communications between channel partners and business units.

 

The successful candidate is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, own and execute strategic and tactical planning. The role involves close collaboration with our application and marketing teams as well as channel partners. The role requires developing healthy sales funnels and  maintaining current customers, attending events and leading demonstrations performed by Bruker's applications team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving the sales booking target through direct sales as well as through channel partners
  • Territory strategic and tactic sales planning and execution
  • Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales funnel from both academia and industrial accounts
  • Collaborating with marketing and application team for sales lead generation through varies marketing events
  • Develop a strong understanding of competitive and funding landscape within the territory
  • Lead the sample test and demonstration process by understanding customer application and working with application team to define the demo process
  • Develop close relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, successfully managing collaborations
  • Utilizing SFDC CRM system to manage sales funnel with regular and accurate sales forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline as minimum requirement
  • 5 year related experiences in sales and/or instrumentation field with good track record
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven environment achieving defined goals
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals, but also equally comfortable working independently when required
  • Positive “can do” attitude and proactive,
  • Good logical reasoning and analytical capabilities
  • Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Fluent English is required.
