XGLab S.r.l., a company based in Milano whose core-business is the development of high-performance electronics and innovative instrumentation for X-ray and Gamma-ray applications, is looking for an Hardware Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Development of electronic board, firmware, and acquisition software for electronics systems
  • Analysis, improvement and testing of the above-mentioned systems
  • Application of the developed systems in industries and research
  • Development of complete scientific instrumentation

 

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Electronics
  • Experience in PCB design
  • Experience in FPGA VHDL programming
  • Experience with electronics lab instrumentation and testing procedures.
  • Problem-solving attitudes.
  • Good English, working with team attitude.

 

Appreciated Skills and Tools:

  • Knowledge Altium Designer tools.
  • Expertise in Electronics design and integration with sensors.
  • Experience in programming of Microcontrollers.
  • Ability to interact with customers and suppliers.
  • Basic Knowledge of communication interfaces (USB2.0, USB3.0, TCP/IP).
  • Experience in C, C++, C#, Python, Microsoft .Net programming.
  • Experience with IDE Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Simulation and debugging experience of digital acquisition system.
