Hain Lifescience is a manufacturer and distributor of in-vitro diagnostics. Our customers are medical laboratories worldwide. We are specialists in molecular genetic test systems and technical instruments for the detection of dangerous pathogens or hereditary diseases.   • Training of instruments, software, and test kits (automated nucleic acids and detection) world-wide (customer laboratories, Nehren site, and as online training/webinar)
  • Preparation of training materials, SOPs, technical documents
  • Documentation according to quality management systems, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485
  • Guidance and support of laboratory customers in Germany and abroad with regards to the application and evaluation of our molecular test systems
  • Support of product management and sales with market introduction of new products
  • Teamwork in company-wide projects
  • Handling customer complaints including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, initiating corrective actions (2nd level support)


  • Graduate (university or technical college) in natural science (biology, biotechnology, biomedicine engineering, or comparable)
  • Strong technical understanding, affinity to IT topics (e.g. networks)
  • Theoretical and practical experience with modern DNA/RNA detection methods is an advantage
  • Confident, friendly and professional conduct in customer contact
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role desirable
  • Experience as a trainer is an advantage
  • Very good team skills, organization, resilience and proactive way of working
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50-75%), class B driver's license
