Responsibilities

  • Financial Controller for the French subsidiary on 1 year basis
  • Support in M&A project 
  • Financial Controlling in French & US GAAP
  • Remote access of ERP-Sytem SAGE from Nehren/Germany
  • Planning & Forecasting for the MD Business Unit in France
  • Revenue and Profitability analysis
  • Liaise with local Accountant for month end closing process and correct data management
  • Close working relationship with Managing and Sales Director for Revenue data and reporting
  • Liaise with Payroll provider for HR relevant reporting
  • Contribute to the merger with qualitative data preparation for migration
  • SOX Audit preparation for all BS reconciliations.
  • Upload all required reporting data in BPC reporting tool
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Revenue recognition

Qualifications

  • Business degree in Finance
  • 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • SAGE experience in FI/CO
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in French and either in English or German language
